We study the quench dynamics of non-Hermitian topological models with skin effects. Adopting non-Bloch band theory and projecting onto generalized Brillouin zone, we find that emergent structures, in form dynamic skyrmions, exist momentum-time domain, are correlated invariants static Hamiltonians. The skyrmion structures anchor on fixed points whose existence conditional coincidence zones pre- post-quench Global signatures however, persist well beyond such a condition, thus offering general detection scheme for topology presence Applying our to an experimentally relevant, non-unitary quantum walk, explicitly demonstrate how can be revealed through dynamics.
